Note: All cupcakes with a cupcake design such as florals are iced with a vanilla buttercream. Buttercreams containing cream cheese are not offered as they are not as stable for pipable designs and need refrigerating (Anything requiring refrigeration is not allowed to be sold from a home-based business under Saskatchewan Food laws). My buttercream has been tested to ensure they meet the Saskatchewan Food Law requirements.
