This past weekend, I took a break from the cookie trays at Prairie whisk to spend time in Winnipeg for a coaching course. Between sessions and note-taking, I couldn’t wait to get back home and whip up something refreshing to recharge—my Mango Mojito Matcha Smoothie!
This blend combines mango with a minty mojito twist, plus the energy boost of matcha. It’s perfect for a quick, energizing treat after a weekend of learning (or any busy day)!
Mango Mojito Matcha Smoothie

1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp matcha powder
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
6-8 mint leaves
Handful spinach
1/2 cup ice
water (as needed)
